What is the return policy?
All sales are final due to our limited, hand-delivered drops. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, delivery delays, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds are only available for damaged items if:
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You provide your order number
- You include clear photos or video showing the damage
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Items reported after 48 hours are not eligible for refund.

Can I change my size if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we do offer size changes! If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a size exchange.
To request a size change:

- Provide your order number
- Let us know what size you need instead
We'll work with you to arrange the exchange. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the circumstances.
When will I get my order?
Processing Time: 2-5 business days after payment confirmation
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa
Delivery Updates: We'll communicate delivery updates via Instagram DM or email. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to logistics—we'll proactively communicate any issues.
Important: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We ship within South Africa only.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and offer fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the exact shipping price before you purchase, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We ship within South Africa only. All orders are hand-delivered limited drops.
