All orders are part of limited drops and are hand delivered to ensure quality, care, and accuracy.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of limited, hand-delivered drops, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Delivery delays

• Normal wear and tear after delivery

Damaged Items

Refunds are only applicable if an item is received damaged.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number

• Include clear photos or video showing the damageIf approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Items reported after 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
